Welcome to Domaine de Champouteau: the Holiday cottage "Les Hortensias", located in Averdon in the Loir-et-Cher region of France, opens its doors to you for a peaceful, friendly break in the heart of nature.
Just 15 km from Blois, discover the magnificent royal castle, the Maison de la Magie or stroll through the narrow streets of the historic center. Chateau lovers will be delighted: Chambord, with its exceptional forest park and double staircase, is around 30 minutes away, as is the romantic Château de Chaumont-sur-Loire, famous for its International Garden Festival.
On your return from your visits, you can enjoy the Domaine's shared Piscine or play a game of pétanque!

All-inclusive Holiday cottage (except tourist tax), on a property comprising 2 other Holiday cottages (Glycines 41G1452 and Bergerie 41G1454) and the owners' house (4 Bed and breakfast rooms).
First floor: living room opening onto fitted kitchen. 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200). 1 shower room. 1 WC. Storeroom.
Upstairs: 1 family bedroom (1 double bed 160x200, 1 single bed 90x190 + 1 baby bed). 1 bedroom 2 single beds 90x190 (can be twinned to form 1 double bed) + 1 bench 90x180 for extra bed. 1 bedroom 4 single beds 90x190 (can be twinned to form a double bed). 1 bathroom. 1 WC.
Outside: private parking. Private garden (not overlooked) with garden furniture.
Heated Piscine (shared with 2 other Holiday cottages and the 4 Bed and breakfast rooms), open 01/05 to 30/09, 10am to 8pm. Petanque court, ping-pong table, mini soccer pitch, swings, Kids' playground.
