Close to the world-famous Châteaux de la Loire and 15 minutes from the ZooParc de Beauval, one of the largest in Europe, this detached house, close to the owners' house but not overlooked, is perfect for a stay with family or friends. You'll enjoy its large landscaped garden, and children will be delighted to find plenty of play equipment at their disposal.

Ground floor: large entryway, half-bath, fully equipped kitchen (3-burner gas stove and 1 electric burner, Senseo and filter coffee makers) open to the living-dining room with TV. Upstairs: living/reading area on the landing, 1 bedroom with 1 1.40 m bed and 1 0.90 m bed, separate bathroom, shower room, 1 bedroom with 1 1.40 m bed and 1 0.90 m bed. Electric heating (gentle warmth from cast-iron radiators) is included, and bed linen is provided. You can park your car in the property’s private parking area, which is fully fenced. An unsecured pond is located on the grounds. To enhance your stay, if you wish, professionals offer wellbeing treatments such as massages in a small Chalet located on the property. The holiday cottage is not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. Dogs are welcome provided they are supervised or kept on a leash. There are 2 dogs in the shared garden. Recreational facilities available: pétanque and volleyball courts, slide and swing (kids 7 years old and under) + slide (kids over 7 years old) + various games (balls, molky...), Cabin.... Baby equipment. No Wi-Fi. Non-smoking holiday cottage.
