Welcome to Domaine de Champouteau: the "Glycines" Holiday cottage, located in the heart of the Blésoise countryside, in the village of Averdon, between fields, peaceful forests and preserved heritage. It's the perfect base from which to explore the riches of the Loire Valley: majestic Chambord is just 30 minutes away, as is Cheverny and Chaumont-sur-Loire, with its famous garden festival. Nature lovers can venture into the Forest de Blois or cycle along the banks of the Loire, thanks to the nearby Loire à Vélo itinerary. Less than 10 minutes away, the Beauce and the Pays de la Petite Beauce offer beautiful agricultural panoramas. Averdon is also an ideal starting point for discovering the local terroir: farmers' markets, AOC Cheverny or Touraine wine tastings, educational farms and small producers open their doors to you.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 + 1 baby bed). 1 bedroom 2 single beds 90x190 (can be twinned to make 1 double bed) with en-suite bathroom. 1 bedroom (double bed 140 x 190).
Outside: private parking. Private garden (not overlooked) with garden furniture.
Heated Piscine (shared with 2 other Holiday cottages and the 4 Bed and breakfast rooms), open from 01/05 to 30/09, 10am to 8pm. Petanque court, ping-pong table, mini soccer pitch, swings, Kids' playground.
