Set in 4800m² of grounds with an unfenced lake, this large house in the center of the small town of Mer is ideally located for discovering the region's history, with the Châteaux of the Loire (Blois, Chambord, Cheverny...) and all the region's tourist attractions, including the Beauval ZooPark. All shops and amenities are on site, and the municipal swimming pool (découverte) is just 300m away! The house has 6 bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms in 4 of them, which is ideal for privacy and extra comfort, whether you're with friends or family!

All-inclusive gîte (except tourist tax). On the ground floor, you'll find a kitchen, a dining-living room (fireplace with wood-burning insert), a TV lounge/games room, a separate toilet and a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer). ON THE 1st FLOOR: the Erable bedroom with 2 twin beds 0.90 m + shower room and access to a terrace, the Bamboo bedroom with 2 twin beds 0.90 m, 3 independent wc, the Cedar bedroom with 2 twin beds 0.90 m + shower room, 1 large independent shower room with 2 showers, the Jasmine bedroom with 2 twin beds 0.90 m + shower room and the Fusain bedroom with 2 twin beds 0.90 m + shower room. On the 2nd floor, you'll find a mezzanine (lounge/games area) and 1 large family room with 4 beds 0.90 m. Bed linen, towels, household linen and gas heating are included.
