You're just ten minutes from Beauval, the 4th most beautiful zoo in the world, and Saint-Aignan, a magnificent medieval town where you'll find the Château de Saint-Aignan, an ancient fortress dating from the 9th century. Just a 30-minute drive away, you can visit a number of châteaux: Selles-sur-Cher, Fougères-sur-Bièvres, Chémery and, a little further afield, the Châteaux of Cheverny and Chambord. In fine weather, take advantage of the beach at Montrichard (30 min) or the Couflons water sports center (5 min) for water sports and other activities in a pleasant, relaxing setting. In the heart of the Cher Valley, there are many walks and discoveries to be made, with varied landscapes and paths to explore on foot or by bike. For gourmets, the region abounds in treasures (Loire wines, goat's cheese, etc.).

All-inclusive gîte (except tourist tax), on one level, adjoining the owners' house. Can be combined with a 2nd 2-person gîte (reference 41G1380).
Large living room with open-plan kitchen: sitting area with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, flat-screen TV; dining area with table and chairs; fully-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Bedroom 1: 1 bed 160x200cm. Bedroom 2: 1 bed 160x200cm and 1 bed 90x190cm. Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, heated towel rail. Separate WC.
Outside: garden view (shared with owners), private parking, private terrace, garden furniture, sunbathing area, barbecue. Cot and high chair available on request. Pets accepted with owners' agreement.
