Large, quiet Holiday cottage for up to 15 people, with a fully-equipped function room (cutlery, glasses, tablecloths, sound system and lighting supplied, ...) for 100 people (70 seats), ideal for family reunions or get-togethers with friends! Located near the Vendôme TGV train station.

The Gîte de la Cunaille is ideal for a family get-together or a party with friends. To entertain young and old, you'll find plenty of equipment on site (darts, Molkki, table tennis, table soccer, etc.) and activities nearby: rowing boat and bike hire, tennis court 700m away, golf driving range 10 minutes away (initiation by the owner on request), beach and water sports at Lac de Villiers (10 minutes), fishing in the Loir, etc.
In Thoré-La-Rochette, a wine-growing village, you'll find a bakery and grocery store (supermarket and other shops in Vendôme, ten minutes away). You'll be able to explore wine estates, troglodyte villages (Troo), visit the Château de Rochambeau, discover the town of Vendôme and its historical nuggets... and don't hesitate to hop on board the Loir Valley's little train (an authentic 1950s railcar) to discover the riches of the Vendôme region.

La Fermette - Ground Floor: living room (fireplace, sofa, TV, large table), foosball table, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, toilet, bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 160x200 beds. Upper floor: separate toilet, 1 bedroom (1 160x200 bed, 1 90x200 bed) with an adjoining bathroom (shower and toilet), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x200, 2 separable beds 180x200), and 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x200 that can be pushed together, shower, and sink) adjoining the large dormitory-style bedroom.
Reception hall for 100 people (including 70 seats) with a fully equipped kitchen (tablecloths available for rent on-site), 3 restrooms, 3 showers; heating for the hall is an additional charge: €100/night, payable directly to the owner.
Wi-Fi. Heating: heat pump, oil heating, and electric. Non-smoking accommodation. Indoor Spa for 4 people. Sound and lighting equipment available.
Outside: grounds (volleyball net) and parking spaces. Petanque court, ping-pong table. Heated outdoor pool (8x4m), open from May 1 to October 15. Municipal campsite nearby (open from April 15 to the end of September) for additional sleeping arrangements.
