This Solognot-style longère, ideally located in the heart of the Châteaux de la Loire, will welcome you for a stay with family or friends. It is located in the center of a village with all amenities. The private landscaped garden, planted with trees and enclosed, will ensure your peace and quiet. Enjoy the 4x4m private swimming pool, heated from May to September (fenced + alarm, solar shower), the terrace with deckchairs and barbecue. 200 m from the natural swimming pool and 1.5 km from the Beuvron river.

Ground floor: fitted kitchen, 2 wc, dining room, living room (access to the wooden terrace at the rear of the house), 1 bedroom-dormitory with 4 single Bunk beds, 1 double bed with a single bed above, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, bathroom, laundry room. Upstairs: large mezzanine lounge area (1 double sofa bed), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed + shower room and toilet (access to a small terrace), shower room with toilet. Heating and electricity included. Rental of sheets + towels for the entire Holiday cottage: €140. Holiday cottage not specifically adapted for the disabled.
