Welcome to this charming gîte, tastefully renovated by the owner, who has subtly combined touches of the past with modernity and warmth in her decor. Enjoy time with family and friends in this comfortable accommodation. At the owners' house, you'll find plenty of animals: horses, chickens, sheep, etc. The owners will be delighted to recommend walks in the surrounding area (bridle paths and hiking trails). For riders, a meadow and a shelter are available if you wish to bring your horses! Your gîte is located in Le Controis-en-Sologne, 3 km from shops and restaurants. Just 15 minutes away, you'll find Beauval, the 3rd most beautiful zoo in the world, a golf course (Cheverny), the Châteaux of Cheverny, Fougères/Bièvres, Selles/Cher, as well as the smallest château in the Loire Valley, Château de Troussay. Private 6-person SPA and sauna at €20/day or €130/week.

Less than 1 hour away, you can discover the magnificent Chaumont/Loire Gardens and the Châteaux of Chambord, Blois, Amboise, Valençay and Chenonceau.
All-inclusive gîte (except tourist tax) adjoining the owners' house, overlooking meadows and garden.
Ground floor: living room with sitting area (sofas and armchairs, coffee table, TV, board games...), dining area, open-plan kitchen. 1bedroom(1bed160x200), shower room with large shower (shampoo+gel supplied), separate WC (hand-washer), laundry area (washing machine, dryer, etc.).
Upstairs: 1bedroom (3 beds 90x200, study area, dressing room, armchair).
Outside: ample parking, electric recharging point (€10/recharge), enclosed garden, terrace, plancha,...
Non-smoking accommodation. Small pets accepted with owners' agreement. Accommodation designed with facilities for motor disabilities: wide doors, wide shower for wheelchair access, ground-floor bedroom (not specifically adapted for other disabilities).
