Its location is particularly popular with horseback riding enthusiasts thanks to its proximity to Lamotte-Beuvron, a major hub for national and international equestrian competitions. Ground floor: dining room/in the community hall—fully equipped professional kitchen with stove and oven, dishwasher, food warmer, 1 bathroom (shower), 1 sink, 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 dormitory-style rooms, two of which have 2 bunk beds each, and the third has two single beds (70x190 cm) and one double bed (140x190 cm). 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outdoors: Enclosed garden with a garden table and charcoal grill.

Sheets, towels, and cleaning services are not provided.
Bakery, grocery store, tobacco shop, and post office on site.
Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation. The community hall can be rented to accommodate up to 100 people.
