Each room has been carefully furnished and decorated, with particular attention to detail, to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Welcome to Domaine de Champouteau, located in Averdon, in the Countryside. Just 15 minutes from Blois and the banks of the Loire, you'll enjoy a peaceful setting yet close to the region's must-see sites. Your guest house is an ideal base from which to explore the Loire castles of Blois, Chambord and Cheverny, cycle along the Châteaux à Vélo itineraries, taste local produce (local markets, Loire wines, organic farms), etc.
Whether you're looking for heritage, nature or gastronomy, the owners will be delighted to advise you on how to make your stay an authentic and rejuvenating experience.

Each room has: a king-size bed (180x200 cm), private bathroom and separate toilet, courtesy tray (kettle, organic tea, organic herbal tea, Nespresso coffee maker, organic coffee in compostable capsules and delicacies).
Outside: Private parking. Garden area.
Heated Piscine (shared with 3 Holiday cottages), open 01/05 to 30/09, 10am to 8pm. Petanque court, ping-pong table, mini soccer pitch, swings, Kids' playground.
