In the commune of Contres, between the Château de Blois and the Beauval Zooparc, this pretty 19th century house sits in 1.5 hectares of wooded grounds. The house has been completely restored, combining tradition and modernity. Kids will be delighted to find outdoor play equipment: trampoline, slide, zip-line, ninja course... There's also a Lake for Fishing and a picnic table. Come and put down your suitcases! Not far from the Châteaux, gardens and beautiful City of Blois, everything you need to discover the region is at your fingertips. On the ground floor: our dining/living room with its large bay window overlooks the garden, the fitted kitchen opens onto the living room, and a corridor giving access to a toilet with washbasin leads to our 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, redecorated in a contemporary style: 1 bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (1 bed 160) with its own shower room and toilet, and 2 bedrooms (beds 160) each with its own shower room and toilet. Underfloor heating provided by a heat pump will wrap you in the warmth of a cosy nest. Upstairs, on the mezzanine: a living room dedicated to reading and quiet, the sofa bed converts into 1 bed for 2 people (140x190). In the event of the presence of a pet (with the owners' agreement), a supplement of €10/day/pet will be charged on arrival. Rates include: beds made + towels. Non-smoking Holiday cottage.
