First floor: large living room with fitted kitchen opening onto lounge/dining room with mezzanine (2 single beds in sofa bed) - 3 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed, 1 double bed and 2 single beds) - separate toilet - shower room (large 120 cm shower) - laundry room.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 x 160 cm bed and 2 x 1-person beds) - bathroom - separate toilet.

Terrace, 4,000 m² enclosed grounds, swing, parking on the property and covered shed.
Electric heating and Wood heating (included in the price).

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, cleaning at the end of the stay (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
