Situated between Berry and Poitou, in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional de la Brenne, this renovated house offers an ideal base from which to explore the treasures of the region. Just 300 meters from the river La Creuse, perfect for fishing (permit required) and swimming, you'll enjoy an exceptional natural setting just a stone's throw from the village. Nearby, discover the unique architectural heritage of the Poitou region, including the Abbey of Saint-Savin, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the charming village of Angles-sur-l'Anglin, recognized as one of the most beautiful in France. The house is also close to the town of Le Blanc, gateway to the Parc de la Brenne, ideal for hiking, birdwatching and discovering the typical landscapes of the thousand ponds.

First floor: fully equipped kitchen (with filter coffee maker), spacious dining/living room, comfortable bedroom with 160 cm bed, bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs: bedroom with double bed, shower room with WC.
The house is heated by oil (included in the price), and beds are made on arrival with linen provided. Free internet connection available at the tourist office or at the café in the center of Le Blanc, Place de la Libération. A charcoal barbecue is also available for outdoor meals.

A bicycle shed is available, perfect for exploring the surrounding area in total freedom.
