In the heart of a charming medieval town in Berry, nestled on the outskirts of the Champagne Gate, stands our village house, meticulously renovated to offer you an unforgettable stay. Ideally situated between Châteauroux and the majestic Château de Valençay, our home is the perfect base from which to explore the treasures of the region. We also offer the added benefit of a dedicated children's playroom, where children can have fun and be entertained in complete safety, including a pool table that promises hours of entertainment for young and old alike.

In this welcoming house, two steps take you to the first floor where you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms, an additional sitting area and a bathroom with toilet. The cellar houses a gaming room with pool table and table soccer. A sofa in the living room or on the landing can be used as an extra bed. There's a public garden opposite. Public parking, cleaning and heating are included.
