As you enter, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen, opening onto a cosy living room with dining area and sitting area, where you'll find a double sofa bed and DVD player for your moments of relaxation. The accommodation has two bedrooms: one with a double bed for peaceful nights, the other with a single bed and Bunk beds, perfect for families or groups.
The sanitary facilities include a bathroom, a shower room and separate WCs, for added comfort. Beds are made on arrival, and bathroom linen is provided. Electric heating and a pellet stove are included in the price, for a cosy stay whatever the season. Outside, enjoy a private terrace with covered shelter, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue for al fresco dining. Parking is available on site, and the Holiday cottage is air-conditioned. Free "Pass Tourisme" with access to the Vatan swimming pool and local tennis courts. Optional: End-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish) 50€.

The price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated by electricity, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
