As soon as you enter, you'll discover a fully-equipped kitchen, opening onto a warm living room with dining area and lounge, where you'll find a double sofa bed and a DVD player for your moments of relaxation.

The apartment has two bedrooms:

One with a double bed for peaceful nights,
The other with a single bed and a bunk bed, perfect for families or groups.
Sanitary facilities include a bathroom, a shower room and separate WC, for added comfort.

Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided.
Electric heating and a pellet stove are included in the price, for a cozy stay in any season.

Outside, enjoy a private terrace with covered shelter, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue for outdoor meals. Parking is available on site.

"Pass Tourisme" offered with access to the Vatan swimming pool and local tennis courts.

The price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated by electricity, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
