In Berry, close to a village with essential shops and 10 minutes from the heart of Châteauroux, come and enjoy nature in a typical Berrichonne home.

On the first floor is a large living room with access to a bedroom with a shower room suitable for people with reduced mobility in a manual wheelchair, and a second bedroom with its own shower room and toilet. The Holiday cottage is equipped with fiber. A connected loudspeaker is present in the accommodation.

Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room and toilet, and a landing ideal for television evenings, with a reading and gaming area.

Outside, you'll find a courtyard where you can park your car and enjoy the pond with its frogs. At the rear, accessible from the living room, a terrace and shady garden for enjoying nature.

Riders are welcome to bring their horses, with a separate meadow available for €8 per day per horse. Dogs and cats are not accepted due to the presence of the owners' pets (dogs, cats, chickens, horses).

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
