First floor: large living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2) and wood-burning stove, dining room and open-plan fitted kitchen - shower room / wc.

Upstairs: bedroom with 160 cm bed and a second bedroom with 3 single beds - wc with washbasin.

Electric heating (invoiced according to consumption).
Sheets and towels provided.
1st category river "La Sonne" and "Brenne" bike trail pass in front of the property.

Optional :
End-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash) 50€.
Wood heating 45€ per stere
