House fully equipped for babies and their parents, set in an 800 m² enclosed garden with trees (garden furniture, games). Ground floor: large living / dining / sitting room (sofa bed 200 x 200 cm, board games chest for adults and Kids) - Shower room and toilet.
Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms (1 double bed, 3 single beds, baby bed available).

Bicycle storage on request.
Electric heating (invoiced according to consumption), reversible air conditioning in the living room.
Housekeeping included.
