This spacious house features a large living room, ideal for relaxing with family or friends. With its four comfortable bedrooms, it can accommodate up to six people for a memorable stay! Located in Vicq-sur-Nahon, just a few kilometers from Valençay and its majestic château, you'll have the opportunity to explore the rich history and treasures of this beautiful region, not forgetting the Beauval Zoo Parc. Whether you're looking for cultural adventures or moments of serenity in the countryside, our holiday rental home offers the perfect base for an unforgettable vacation.

Living area: our living area is the ideal place to relax with family or friends. It features a sitting area with two cozy sofas, perfect for lounging after a busy day. The dining area features a large table where you can share delicious meals and precious moments. The nearby kitchen is fully equipped and features a central island, providing ideal preparation space for cooking enthusiasts.

Rooms: our house offers four comfortable rooms to accommodate your group. Two rooms are equipped with 140 x 190 cm beds and one with a 160 x 200 cm bed, perfect for a restful rest. Two additional 90 x 190 cm beds are located in another room, suitable for smaller family members or additional guests.

Laundry: you'll have access to a fully-equipped laundry room with washing machine and dryer, making your stay convenient, whether for a short or extended getaway.

Bathroom: Our home's bathroom is designed with your comfort in mind. It features a refreshing shower and a relaxing bathtub, giving you the choice for your relaxation rituals.

Outside: In front of the house, private parking for several cars. To the rear, a large enclosed garden with terrace and garden furniture.

Optional extras:
End-of-stay cleaning (excluding crockery and rubbish) 50€.
Towels 7€ per person.
15€ per additional person per night.

The price includes: bed linen for the stay, heating and electricity with a reasonable consumption - if the heating of the gite is electric you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will be paid on the spot to the hosts).
End-of-stay cleaning at €50, bathroom linen at €7 per person per stay.
