On the first floor of the owner's home with its own entrance, located in the immediate vicinity of the center of Le Blanc. It comprises a living room with lounge and dining area, including a sofa bed for a Kids. The open kitchen is fully equipped for comfortable living. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The bedroom has a double bed (140x190 cm) and storage space. A shower room with shower and washbasin. Enclosed toilets are accessible from the shower room. Outside, travelers enjoy a private area within a plot shared with the owners: pergola, covered terrace, garden furniture and barbecue...ideal for enjoying fine weather. Two private parking spaces are available on the property. All-inclusive accommodation, suitable for both tourism and business trips.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
