Enjoy the peace and quiet of a large shared swimming pool (5 x 10 m, open from June to September), before setting off to discover the jewels of the Berry region. Plus: a large outdoor area for young and old, with soccer pitch, volleyball net, badminton area and petanque court - ideal for convivial moments with family and friends. The swimming pool is shared with the owners, and there's a charming caravan on the property...

First floor: open-plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining room and lounge - separate toilet - storage room - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and private shower.
Upstairs: bathroom - separate WC - 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 3 single beds) + 1 baby bed.

Gas heating and electric heating (EJP rate - invoiced according to consumption).
On-site parking. Land shared with the owners and a caravan, but spacious enough for privacy, with no direct neighbours.
Shared Piscine (5 x 10 m) open from June 15 to September 30.
