L'étang Drait

On the borders of Berry and Poitou, in Brenne, near Le Blanc, at the end of a private road, private estate of several hectares with detached house and two lofts. Unheated private swimming pool (10x 4 meters - depth 1.10m) open from June to September and a private pond on the 6-hectare property for NO KILL fishing only. Stroll in total peace and independence on the property that is nothing for you! You can also take advantage of a rowing boat. Plus: bed linen, towels, cleaning and heating included in the price.

The main house is equipped with a kitchen/dining room and lounge area, a bathroom, two bedrooms (double bed and 160 cm bed) and a separate toilet, as well as a large 150m2 terrace overlooking the Piscine and pond.

The large loft comprises a kitchen/dining room, three bedrooms (2-person bed, 2 single beds and a 160 cm bed) and a shower room/wc, and the small loft comprises 2 large bedrooms (180 cm bed and 160 bed) and a shower room/wc.

The Holiday cottage has 2 washing machines and 2 dishwashers.
Free internet access and television in the house and lofts.

Part of the grounds (approx. 2,500 m²) is fenced in around the houses, and you can play pétanque on the landscaped pitch or enjoy an evening on the second terrace under the house.
The basement is equipped with a summer kitchen, and there's room for your bicycles.
Access to the plain'pied garden is from the terrace on one side of the house or by steps on the other.

Strict Fishing regulations will be given to you on arrival.
There are several fishing posts and 2 dry toilets around the pond.

Pets are allowed for €4 per night and per animal.
