Ideally located at the gateway to the Brenne Regional Nature Park and close to Loches, Buzançais and the famous Beauval Zoo, it's the perfect base for exploring the treasures of the Val de Creuse-Val d'Anglin.

This Bungalow, ideal for a stay with family or friends, welcomes you in a secure environment with enclosed courtyard to the front and fully enclosed garden to the rear.

You'll find a beautiful entrance hall with storage space, a laundry room, and a vast 53 m² living room bathed in light, combining an open-plan fitted kitchen, a convivial dining room and a comfortable lounge.

The night space comprises :

Two communicating bedrooms with their own shower room and WC: 1 single bed and a sofa bed for one person in the first bedroom, and 2 single beds in the second.



One bedroom with a 2-person bed,

A second independent shower room with WC,

And another bedroom with a double bed, private shower room and WC.

For your moments of relaxation or activity, take advantage of an equipped Sports hall (treadmill, 2 indoor bikes), as well as numerous gaming rooms for young and old.

Outside, two well-exposed terraces (north and south) let you enjoy every moment of the day. Private parking inside the property.
