Les Pichots

In the Berry region, just 2h30 from Paris, near the Creuse valley, George Sand country and the Brenne, Delphine and Christophe Geneste welcome you to the Domaine des Pichots, a fully restored former family barn where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of unspoilt nature. Whether you're with family or friends, there's plenty to do on site: a covered swimming pool heated all year round to 27° (12 x 5 meters), a pétanque court, 3 or 4 adult bicycles available in the gite, numerous hiking trails where you can explore the surrounding countryside on foot or by bike, the Eguzon lake and its many activities (water skiing, sailing, climbing...).

Our self-contained gîte comprises on the first floor (accessible to people with reduced mobility), entrance / fitted kitchen opening onto an 80m² living room (lounge, dining room with wood-burning stove) - 2-person bedroom (160 cm bed) - 3-person bedroom (160 cm bed, 90 cm bed) - wc - shower room (Italian shower/wc) - laundry room.

First floor: mezzanine with sitting area (library) - 3 bedrooms for 2 people (160 cm beds) - bedroom for 3 people (90 cm beds) - 2 bathrooms (walk-in shower) - wc.

Direct access to 50m² terrace and swimming pool.
ALL INCLUSIVE RATES (beds made up on arrival and towels provided).
Heating included in the price.
Parking on property.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
