On the borders of the Berry and Creuse regions, in the heart of the Vallée Noire, the land of writer George Sand, close to La Châtre and Aigurande, in the heart of the countryside and isolated at the end of an alley, this gîte is ideal for numerous hikes and quiet, relaxing activities. It's surrounded by meadows and woods, with a stream running through the low-lying area behind the house. Children will be safe here, as the 1st roads are far away. Benefits: 5 km away, a water sports center (open from late April to late October) with ski lift and many other activities including swimming, BMX track, disc-golf and pétanque, as well as an 18-hole golf course and a balneotherapy center.

Ground floor: large living room (stove), fully equipped kitchen, pantry/laundry room, bathroom with walk-in shower, half-bath with a sink, and a bedroom with one 140 cm bed.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 4 twin beds (90 cm) or 1 with 1 queen-size bed (140 cm) and 2 twin beds (90 cm) or 1 with 2 twin beds (90 cm) and a separate toilet.
