The WC/laundry room has a washing machine. The well-equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge with small freezer, induction hob, coffee makers (filter and Tassimo capsules), kettle and toaster, mixer.
Plenty of crockery. Cooking utensils if you feel like it.
All household products are supplied for dishwashers, washing machines, etc. We have a micro-station, so we need to be very careful about the products we use.
On the second floor, the shower room has a shower, a washbasin with drawers. Hair dryer. A work surface where you can place your toiletries. The WC is independent.
The bedroom has a double bed (160X200) with new bedding, and a single bed. A large dressing room with comforter and extra pillows. A free-standing fan. Window and velux window.
Sockets on each side of the bed and individual wall light with switch.

For babies, an Umbrella bed, bathtub and high chair are available on request.

Outside, there's a 650m² enclosed garden (wall, fence and gate) with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs. Part of the garden is accessible by steps.
If required, a barn can be made available to park your bikes or motorbikes....

The accommodation benefits from an all-inclusive price, private parking and a covered area for bikes. Pets allowed (1 maximum). PLEASE SPECIFY WHEN BOOKING.

NON-SMOKING HOLIDAY COTTAGE

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
