On one level, direct access to the living area with kitchen, lounge and dining room with fireplace.
One bedroom (small step between bedroom and living room) with electric double bed (160 x 200 cm), TV and direct access to terrace.
Bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
The garden is enclosed and shared with the owners, and there is a public parking lot next to the gîte, as well as a private terrace with garden furniture, chaise longue, gas grill and electric vehicle charging point.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).

De belles découvertes dans une région à l'environnement préservé : des sorties culturelles passionnantes, des promenades dépaysantes ont rendu notre séjour des plus plaisant. sejour de 2 nuits , hote tres agreable, gite conçu comme un nid douillet dans un petit village tres calme .A quelques kilometres de Nohant ( Georges SAND )

Fiona Gîte très confortable, bien aménagé, cadre calme et accueil excellent.
Un court séjour au gîte "Les Hirondelles" à Briantes nous a permis de "survoler" le pays de George Sand. Nous reviendrons pour approfondir la découverte, tout en profitant du calme et du confort de ce beau cadre. Merci à Sylvie de l'excellent accueil!
