Between Berry, Touraine and Sologne, in a small hamlet near the Châteaux de la Loire and the Château de Valençay, in PDO (Valençay wine and cheese) territory. Just 25 minutes from Beauval Zoo. For information, change of owners since May 26, 2021. Plus: 11 x 7-meter heated indoor pool shared with other Holiday cottages, bed linen included and beds made on arrival. Housekeeping included. Important : Piscine closed early November, after the All Saints' vacation. Reopening at the beginning of April, for the spring vacations.

First floor: entrance, wc, shower room, bedroom (1 bed 180*200) with dressing room, living room.

First floor: bedroom (1 x 120cm bed + 1 x 140cm bed).

Access to a heated, covered 11 x 7-meter Piscine shared with two other Holiday cottages.

Heating and electricity included for reasonable consumption - 15 kWh per day available (excess to be paid on site to the hosts) - Fireplace: 1 wheelbarrow free, then €10 per additional wheelbarrow. Enclosed private grounds (barbecue, deckchairs).

One free aquagym session for one-week stays. Swimming lessons with a qualified sports instructor: for beginners or advanced Kids - Price €14 / session / person on request.

Rates include: bed linen for the stay, beds made on arrival.
