Here, the pace of life is set by nature, peaceful cows, elegant horses... and perhaps your own four-hoofed companions, as stalls are directly accessible from the Holiday cottage. Practical, isn't it? And what about discovering new things? You're ideally placed to explore some of the jewels of the Berry region: The Parc Naturel Régional de la Brenne, a kingdom of ponds and a bird paradise to explore on foot, by bike or... on horseback, of course! The Château d'Azay-le-Ferron, for a plunge into history with a capital H (and a beautiful French garden as a bonus). The Haute-Touche zoological reserve, for an original encounter with animals from five continents. And a little further afield, the famous charming villages of Berry and the cultural riches of Châteauroux or Le Blanc. The Beauval zoo is less than 45 minutes away! Perfect for families, friends or riders in search of calm and greenery. Are you looking for nature, authenticity and a stay that smells of the Countryside? This Holiday cottage is for you. From the ground floor, you have direct access to a large kitchen/dining area, a relaxation area with a sofa that can be used as an extra bed for 2 people (on request), a laundry room, a toilet with a washbasin, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm), a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), a toilet, a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub (currently being installed), a hallway with a desk for teleworking. Directly accessible from the Holiday cottage is a tack room and access to 2 horse stalls.

Outside, there's a private parking Location and a private terrace with a bioclimatic pergola, comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers, table and barbecue.

On request, you can visit the farm and discover the surrounding area via Hiking trails starting from the Holiday cottage.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
