Nature lovers will be seduced by our hilly landscapes, our Hiking trails (Rocher de la fileuse, Passerelle himalayenne, Confluents des deux creuses, Plage de Bonnu, la Cedelle...), our Fishing and, in summer, our Swimming and Water sports. Not to mention the Berry region's rich historical and cultural heritage. The village of Eguzon-Chantôme, with its nautical base, shops, Doctor and Pharmacy, is just a few minutes away by car. With its blend of nature, relaxation and discovery, this is the ideal place to recharge your batteries as a couple or as a family.

This holiday cottage for two people, with two additional sleeping spots, is located in a peaceful village and offers a well-maintained setting with functional and comfortable furnishings.

Renovated by the owners in 2025, this single-story cottage features a newly equipped kitchen that opens onto a comfortable living room with a sofa bed (providing an extra sleeping space with a full-size mattress measuring 140/ 190 cm for two people), a large flat-screen TV, and a comfortable armchair; a bedroom with a 140/190 cm bed; a separate bathroom with a shower; and a separate toilet.

The property has two separate entrances (one facing the street, the other facing the garden), a pantry with household appliances, and an office area.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a fully enclosed yard with patio furniture, a barbecue, and two lounge chairs.
Three adult bicycles will be available, as well as a garage for one vehicle and for storing fishing gear upon request.

Heating is provided by an oil heating system.
