Ideally located in the commune of Saint-Plantaire, close to Lake Eguzon, the tourist and historical site of Crozant (valley of the painters) and Gargilesse-Dampierre, an artist's village, one of the most beautiful in France, in the heart of the Val de Creuse region, in a preserved natural setting so dear to the Impressionists. Nature lovers will be seduced by our hilly landscapes, our Hiking trails (Rocher de la fileuse, Passerelle himalayenne, Confluents des deux creuses, Plage de Bonnu, la Cedelle...), our Fishing and, in summer, our Swimming and Water sports. Not to mention the Berry region's rich historical and cultural heritage. The village of Eguzon-Chantôme, with its nautical base, shops, Doctor and Pharmacy, is just a few minutes away by car. With its blend of nature, relaxation and discovery, this is the ideal place to recharge your batteries as a couple or as a family.

This Holiday cottage for two people, with two extra beds, located in a peaceful village, offers a well-kept setting and functional, comfortable furnishings.

Renovated by the owners in 2025, this single-storey gite comprises a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a comfortable living room with sofa bed (extra sleeping space with a real 140/190 cm mattress for two people), a large flat-screen TV and a comfortable armchair, a bedroom with a 140/190 cm bed, an independent bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

The apartment has two separate entrances (one on the street side, the other on the garden side), a storeroom with household equipment and an office area.

Outside, you'll find a fully enclosed garden with garden furniture, barbecue and two deckchairs.

Two adult bicycles are available, as is a garage for one car and, on request, storage for fishing gear.

Heating is provided by an oil-fired boiler.
