Located in Mauvières, in the heart of the Brenne Regional Nature Park, this house offers a peaceful setting for your stay, surrounded by nature and the emblematic landscapes of the land of a thousand ponds. In the immediate vicinity, the Brenne ponds invite you to observe birds, go for walks or bike rides and enjoy moments of contemplation. The region also lends itself to the discovery of a preserved rural heritage, characterful villages and nature trails. After your escapades, you'll appreciate the peace and quiet and the shared Piscine, ideal for relaxing on sunny days.

The entrance opens directly onto the living area, comprising a convivial lounge with open-plan kitchen. Also on the first floor are a separate toilet, a bathroom and a bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm beds that can be moved closer together as required. Upstairs, two bedrooms complete the accommodation: one with a 140 x 190 cm double bed, the other with two 90 x 190 cm single beds. Outside, guests enjoy a shared, fully enclosed Piscine area, with terrace and garden furniture for relaxing moments. Private parking in front of the accommodation. All-inclusive price.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
