Ideally located in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional de la Brenne, this Holiday cottage welcomes you just 5 minutes from the Maison du Parc. If you love nature and wide open spaces, you'll be just a stone's throw from some of the region's finest observatories and numerous signposted Hiking trails. Don't miss the Haute-Touche wildlife park, the majestic Château d'Azay-le-Ferron or the mysterious Château du Bouchet. Between heritage, wildlife and unspoilt landscapes, this Berry getaway promises a change of scenery and a rejuvenating experience!

Located on a working farm, this detached house immerses you in the authentic atmosphere of the Countryside, surrounded by cows, pigs and chickens - a real little paradise for nature lovers and curious families.

As soon as you enter, you'll discover a vast, warm and friendly living room, comprising a dining room, a lounge with fireplace, and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. On the first floor, you'll also find a bedroom (with a 140x190cm double bed), separate toilet, shower room and a room that doubles as a dressing room and storage space.

Adjacent to the house and accessible on one level, a large enclosed laundry room with washing machine and sink offers practical storage space for bicycles, outdoor games or Fishing equipment.

Upstairs, a landing has been converted into a sleeping area with a double bed (140x190 cm), a desk and a baby bed. This landing leads to a separate bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) and two additional trundle beds (90x190 cm), available on request.

Outside, enjoy a 1200 m² private enclosed garden with parking space. A terrace equipped with garden furniture and an awning invites you to relax, and opens directly onto the pond, perfect for a break in the heart of nature.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
