In Berry, 5 minutes from Le Blanc, in the heart of the Brenne Regional Nature Park and close to Poitou. There are 35 of you in 3 gîtes, 2 on the same site and the other 6 km away, with its own swimming pool and pond. There's also a dining room where you can eat together.

Set of 2 gîtes in a renovated farmhouse with parking and large private grounds and terraces, plus another gîte with garden, private pool and 6-hectare pond.

1st gîte: on the ground floor, 1st living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and TV area - 2nd large 40 m² living room with dining area and sitting area in front of the fireplace - 3-person bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed) with shower room/wc (Italian shower - formerly approved for people with reduced mobility) - separate toilet - laundry room.

Upstairs, 5 bedrooms each with private shower room and wc: bedroom for 4 people (1 bed 140 cm and 2 beds 90 cm), bedroom with 2 single beds and 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed.

2nd single-storey gîte: living room with fitted kitchen, dining area, lounge and fireplace (insert) - 3 bedrooms with 2-person beds (140 cm) - shower room with 2 basins and wc .

On the second site: the main house features a kitchen/dining room and sitting area, bathroom, two bedrooms (double bed and 160 cm bed) and separate toilet, plus a large 150m2 terrace overlooking the pool and pond.

The large loft comprises a kitchen/dining room, three bedrooms (2-person bed, 2 single beds and a 160 cm bed) and a shower room/wc, and the small loft comprises 2 large bedrooms (180 cm bed and 160 bed) and a shower room/wc.

The gîte is equipped with 2 washing machines and 2 dishwashers.
Free internet access and television in the house and lofts.

Strict fishing regulations will be given to you on arrival.
There are several fishing stations and 2 dry toilets around the pond.

Electric and wood heating included in the price.
Closed storage for bikes or motorcycles.
