Just a stone's throw from the charming village of Argy en Berry, in an unspoilt hamlet where time seems to have stood still, this holiday resort is the perfect place to get away from it all. You'll be in the heart of the Indre department, in the gentle Countryside of the Berry region, with its rolling hills, lush green meadows and meandering rivers. A private above-ground swimming pool will be available from July 2026 (dimensions: 5.50 m × 2.80 m, depth 1.30 m). Here, nature is omnipresent: take a walk or cycle along the paths that criss-cross the Countryside, or observe the wildlife in the nearby Parc Naturel Régional de la Brenne. Heritage lovers will appreciate the cultural visits on offer: the Château d'Argy, the elegant gardens of the Château de Valençay, or the picturesque streets of Levroux. Gourmets will not be outdone: local markets, goat's milk cheeses, green Berry lentils and the wines of Reuilly and Valençay are sure to delight your taste buds.

This large, air-conditioned Holiday cottage, ideal for family reunions or get-togethers with friends, can comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests. It offers 7 spacious and cosy bedrooms:

First floor: two bedrooms for couples, each equipped with a double bed (140×200 cm and 160×200 cm) and its own shower room with private WC. Upstairs: three bedrooms with two single beds (90×200 cm) and a large family room with a double bed (160×200 cm) and a single bed (90×200 cm) share two bathrooms with WC. Also on this floor is a double bedroom (160×200 cm) with private shower room and WC.

The living spaces are inviting: a vast living room bathed in light, a dining room opening onto the terrace, and a fully-equipped modern kitchen, extended by a scullery. For optimum comfort, the accommodation has 3 shower rooms, 2 bathrooms and 6 WCs, one of which is independent of the bedrooms and located in the entrance hall of the house.

Outside, take advantage of a large 5,000 m² unfenced plot, ideal for games and relaxation, including a petanque court. You'll also find a large covered terrace, garden furniture for 15 people and a summer kitchen for outdoor meals.

The Holiday cottage is also designed with the little ones in mind, with baby equipment including a high chair and adapted cots. It also benefits from a high-speed fiber-optic internet connection, so you can stay connected with ease. Pets allowed. All-inclusive rate for a stay with no surprises.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
