In Berry, between La Chatre and Neuvy-Saint-Sépulchre, in the George Sand region, the gîte "Le Tilleul" awaits you, in a village 5 minutes from the shops. You'll be able to explore the places that make up the history of our region: George Sand's estate, the basilica at Neuvy-Saint-Sépulchre, the château at Sarzay, the fortress and viaduct at Cluis, the archaeological site at Argenton-sur-Creuse and many other places that will be recommended to you on arrival. There are many local festivals to discover in the surrounding villages. You can also take advantage of water sports centers located 15 and 30 minutes away, or a charming little river 5 minutes away. On WE evenings, you can pick up delicious pizzas just 200 m from the gîte. The "Le Tilleul" gîte is set in 2,000 m² of enclosed grounds, so you can enjoy the shade of the lime tree while others play volleyball or pétanque, or go for walks or bike rides (5 adult bikes, 3 junior bikes, 2 children's bikes). Direct access to hiking trails.

First floor: fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, etc.), dining/living room (flat-screen TV), "blue" bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom, WC, laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer).
Upstairs, the "chocolate" bedroom (1 x 2-person bed and 1 x 1-person bed), the "dormitory" bedroom (4 x 1-person beds and a relaxation area), the "mauve" bedroom (1 x 2-person bed and 1 x 1-person bed and 1 x 1-person crib), a shower room/WC.

Bed linen and towels provided, beds made up on arrival.

Très bon week-end entre amis
5/5Loué pour un week-end pour un mariage dans le secteur avec nos amis, nous n'avons pas passés toutes nos journées au gite.
Le lieu est incroyable, au calme, très spacieux tant l'extérieur que l'intérieur. Il y a de la place pour se garer (nous étions deux voitures, une remorque et 8 motos.)
Le gite est très bien pourvu en terme d'équipements, la plancha est très pratique. La literie est confortable. Et les enfants auront de quoi s'occuper avec les innombrables vélos, kart à pédale, quille et jeux divers.Envie de passer un bon week-end alors que vous êtes une dizaine ? Ne cherchez plus.

Très bon séjour !
5/5Maison ancienne bien aménagée et rénovée. Les ados ont beaucoup apprécié le beau « dortoir » ! Literie confortable.
Équipements extérieurs très appréciés, en particulier les vélos nombreux mis à disposition.

Superbe week-end à la campagne
5/5Ce gîtes fait clairement partie de nos préférés. L’accueil ainsi que le lieu sont chaleureux on ne manque de rien ni de place ni de confort. Les copains ainsi que le chien s’y sente à merveille.
