Le Theil

In Berry, between La Châtre and Aigurande, in the George Sand region, the gîte Le Theil awaits you, in a village 5 minutes from the shops. You'll be able to discover the places that make up the history of our region: George Sand's estate, the basilica at Neuvy-Saint-Sépulchre, the château at Sarzay, the fortress and viaduct at Cluis, the archaeological site at Argenton-sur-Creuse and many other places that will be recommended to you on your arrival. There are many local festivals to discover in the surrounding villages. You can also take advantage of the water sports centers located 15 and 30 minutes away.

Detached 100m2 house, with first floor kitchen, living room with large dining table and TV, shower room, WC and first bedroom with 160x200 cm bed.
Upstairs: bathroom with WC, 4 bedrooms (3 beds 140 cm, 1 bed 90 cm, 1 bed 120 cm).

You'll also have access to the exterior, with a terrace with garden furniture in front of the house, and a second set of garden furniture, barbecue, plancha and covered shelter at the rear, which will soon house a summer kitchen.

The basement features a laundry room with washing machine and freezer.
The owners can provide several bicycles (2 adults, 2 children) and baby equipment including cot, high chair and bathtub....
Bed linen, towels, cleaning and wood included in the price.
Gîte "Le Theil" is set in 1800 m² of enclosed grounds.

The house has no internet connection, but is covered by the 4G network.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
