Le Serpentout

This recently renovated accommodation offers a relaxing stay in the heart of nature. Located in the Parc Naturel Régional de la Brenne, it will delight lovers of flora and fauna. Shops are a 10-minute drive away. Nautical Base Eguzon 40 minutes away and Bellebouche 25 minutes. Other nearby activities (hiking, sightseeing, Museums...) ZooParc de Beauval, Châteaux de la Loire and Futuroscope 1h30 away, a central location for exploring nature, leisure activities and culture.

The Holiday cottage Le Serpentout is a detached single-storey house in a quiet setting, with an enclosed garden planted with trees, ideal for family holidays.

The living area includes an open-plan kitchen, a dining area and a convivial lounge equipped with a wood-burning stove and a convertible sofa offering a comfortable extra bed (on request from the owners). The kitchen is functional and well-equipped for the living room.

There are three bedrooms, two with double beds (140x190 cm) and one with two single beds (80x190 cm, which can be combined to form a 160x190 cm double bed). A bathroom with shower completes the suite, as does a separate toilet. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is adjacent to the accommodation.

Heating is by wood heating only, so the house is only open on sunny days.

Outside, the enclosed garden lets you make the most of fine weather. There's a swing for Kids and a barbecue for adults. There's also a garage with a ping-pong table for relaxing in any season.

The Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 6 people. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included. Electricity and wood for the stove are included in the price. Baby equipment is available.
Pets are not allowed. The Holiday cottage has no internet connection, but cell phone coverage is satisfactory.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the entire stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding crockery and rubbish), reasonable electricity consumption and wood for the wood-burning stove.
