On arrival, you can access the entrance either from the street or from the courtyard. The living area includes a large lounge with TV and sofa bed (sleeps 2), opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen. On the first floor, there's a shower room.

Upstairs, a play area for Kids leads to the two bedrooms with double beds (140 x 190 cm) and storage space. A second shower room and toilet are also located upstairs.

The bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned (reversible air conditioning).

Outside, enjoy garden furniture in the private courtyard, with barbecue.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
