In the Berry countryside, close to a farm and next to the Château du Petit Coudray, detached house with private courtyard and garden. Benefits: close to George Sand's house, the town of La Châtre and Château de Sarzay.

Detached single-storey house with a large living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge area, shower room, one bedroom with a 2-person bed and a 90 cm bed (additional "drawer bed" style extra bed) and another bedroom with a 2-person bed.

Outside: at the front of the gîte a private courtyard and at the rear a private courtyard with a covered carport where cars can be parked and a garden, where you'll enjoy a lovely view of the surrounding area.
The exteriors are currently being landscaped.


Rates include: cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating and electricity.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
