First floor: narrow fitted kitchen, living room with sofa bed for 2 (on request), dining room, WC (half-level), suite with 160 cm bed and shower room (Italian shower) / WC. First floor: 2 bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed, the other with 2 single beds and a double bed), WC, bathroom with Italian shower.

Access via an enclosed inner courtyard, large terrace and small private garden. Parking in front of the accommodation. Gas heating (meter reading). End-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish) included. Gîte "Accueil Vélo". Use of jacuzzi with 500€ deposit. Optional: Single bed linen 12€ each Double bed linen 15€ each Towels 7€ per person.

The price includes end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption. Sheets are optional at €15 (2-person bed) or €12 (1-person bed) each, and towels at €7/person.
