Imagine a peaceful getaway in an old mill nestled on the banks of the Creuse River in Berry, in the heart of the Brenne Regional Nature Park. If you're dreaming of a vacation away from the hustle and bustle of city life, Le Moulin offers a unique experience to recharge your batteries and reconnect with nature. Le Moulin is located in an exceptional natural setting. You can relax on the private terrace, listen to the gentle murmur of the river and enjoy the marvellous view over the verdant surroundings. This accommodation is housed in a former water mill, preserving its authentic charm. The historic features have been carefully restored, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Although authenticity has been preserved in the renovation, modern comforts and facilities ensure a pleasant stay.

First floor: a convivial space that can be used as a summer kitchen with a huge wooden table, as well as a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. Direct access to private terrace and island. Separate WC with washbasin. Unheated space.

1st floor: living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen.

2nd floor: landing with reading area overlooking the Creuse river, bedroom with double bed (160x200 cm), shower room with toilet. Sleeping area n°2 with 2 single beds (90x200 cm).

3rd floor mezzanine: sleeping area n°3 with 2 single beds (140x190 cm). The stairs to the mezzanine are steep and narrow.
Possibility of 3 extra beds on request (€15 supplement per person): 1 single bed in bedroom 1.

Outside: At the front of the gîte, parking for several vehicles; at the rear, private terrace overlooking the river and access to the island.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).

The gîte may be closed in case of bad weather.
