In the village of Levroux, a medieval city in the Berry region, nestled on the edge of the Champagne Gate. This family home has just been completely renovated and is located between Châteauroux and Valençay. The Beauval ZooParc can be reached in around 40 minutes, as can the calm and unspoilt nature of the Parc Naturel Régional de la Brenne.

Rental for 4 people or more (€20/person/night, i.e. €80). Detached house on one level with a huge living room serving as kitchen, lounge and dining room. A laundry room / wc. One bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be brought together to form 1 double bed (180x190 cm). One bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190 cm). Between these 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, towel dryer and washbasin, a third bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be brought together to form 1 double bed (180x190 cm). A bathroom with shower, washbasin and heated towel rail. Separate toilet.

Outside, the grounds are currently being landscaped, with a private, enclosed courtyard where several vehicles can be parked, and a terrace with barbecue. At the back of the house, you'll find a herd of black sheep to entertain young and old alike.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
