This pleasant residence is set in the grounds of Château de Clavières, on the banks of the Indre river, with a beautiful forest where it's a pleasure to stroll and paddle on the Indre in a boat or canoe. Here, time stands still, in an ideal setting for fishing enthusiasts and hikers, with its many paths and a fitness trail. It's also ideal for tourists wishing to follow in the footsteps of George Sand and visit the Berry region and its castles. Plus: heated, covered and shared swimming pool (12 x 4 m), bicycles, rowing boat, canoe and pedalo for sailing on the Indre, and a fisherman's corner.

The kitchen opens onto a large terrace with table and garden furniture, as well as a large private garden with deckchairs and a barbecue area.
On the first floor, you'll appreciate the large convivial room (large living/dining room) adjoining a reading room, table soccer, and a toilet.

Upstairs, you'll find 4 bedrooms with fitted closets, a separate toilet, a bathroom (2 basins) and a shower room.
Heating (pellet-fired boiler), bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning included in the price.
