Le Grand Nermond

In southern Berry, set of two independent houses 4.8 km apart, each with a large private enclosed garden and private parking. Close to the Ligny ski lift, Eguzon lake and Parc des Loups in Guéret. Local events: June 24 bal Trad, July 8 and 29 concert, August 16 St Roc, August 26 concert in the village of Nermond, September Cirque Bidon.

The two cottages are 4.8 km apart.

Gîte les Pressanges in Crevant:
After the 2 steps to the entrance, the house is on one level with a large entrance, a living room with fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a shower room with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Parking on the property, private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and boules pitch.

Gîte Nermond in Crozon-sur-Vauvre:
First floor: kitchen with dining room, bedroom, shower room, private wc. A step leads to the living room.
First floor: landing with sofa bed, two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and access to a shower room with toilet.
Outside: private enclosed grounds with parking facilities, pétanque court, garden furniture and barbecue.

Meals can be taken by 18 people in the Nermond gîte in Crozon-sur-Vauvre.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 50 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
