Each room has been carefully designed to offer optimum comfort, guaranteeing each guest a well-deserved rest with the advantage of modularity of either individual or twin sleeping arrangements. Living spaces designed for sharing. The Grand Gîte des Fonteneilles boasts a vast living room with fireplace, perfect for convivial evenings, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can concoct your favorite meals and enjoy your culinary creations as a group. A place that's accessible and easy to live in. The accommodation is easily accessible by car, close to major highways, with private parking available. We've also thought of everything to make your stay easier: WiFi, leisure facilities...

First floor: kitchen / dining room (2 dishwashers, 2 induction hobs with 4 burners each, 2 ovens, 3 fridges, 2 freezers and 1 Godin wood-burning stove), living room with open fireplace (Godin wood-burning stove) - bedroom (2 single beds) with ground-level access to the 30m² terrace and garden - shower / wc accessible to people with reduced mobility - wc - shower.

Upstairs: 5 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with 3 single beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds) - 2 wc - shower room - bathroom / shower and a 70m² GAMING ROOM with pool table, table tennis, Bonzini table soccer.


Holiday cottage with solar-heated Piscine (6x12m) available from May to September, weather permitting, for the exclusive use of guests.

Petanque court, soccer field, badminton court, table tennis, portico, sandbox. to be shared with 2 other Holiday cottages on site, approx. 20 bikes (mountain bikes and VTC), private woods (cabins and walks).

Additional extras: cleaning charge €140, wood €90 per stere and electric heating (invoiced according to consumption over 8 kWh per gîte per day), bed linen rental charge €10 for single beds and €15 for double beds.

In addition: housework at 140€, wood at 70€ per stere and electric heating (invoiced according to consumption above 8kwh per cottage per day).
