The Valley of the Painters A private, weather-dependent heated Piscine from May through September, 1.50 meters deep, a Chalet (shower and restroom), permitted hours: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.), and a wood-heated Nordic bath (not available in July and August), a wood-heated Sauna (not available in July and August). In one of the accommodations, an electric Sauna is available for your use. Just 5 minutes away is the city of Argenton-sur-Creuse (the “Green Venice of Berry”) with its market, archaeological site, and shirt-making museum; and 10 minutes away is the village of Gargilesse (one of the most beautiful villages in France). The Creuse Valley (Lake Eguzon, beaches, canoeing...) and the Brenne Nature Park will round out your stay... The Beauval Zoo is 1 hour and 15 minutes away.

LE PETIT BROQUET: You’ll need to climb a few steps to reach the living area, which features exposed beams, stone walls, and a kitchenette. On the upper level (5 steps): 2 bedrooms (1 bed 180x190 that can be converted into 2 beds 90x190) and 2 beds 90x190—Umbrella bed—toilet—shower room. 2 fans.

LE BROQUET is a former winemaker’s house with the following on the ground floor: a large 43 m² living area with a kitchen, a living room with a sofa and a dining area, a wood-burning stove, a toilet, and a sink. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200, 1 bed 140x190, and 2 beds 90x190—plus an Umbrella bed)—toilet—shower room. 2 fans.

CHEZ L'ANDREE is a detached house with the following on the ground floor: a large living area with a living room (wood-burning stove) / dining room / fully equipped kitchen—shower room with 2 showers, 2 toilets, and 2 sinks. Upstairs: 2 open-plan sleeping areas,1st area: 1 bed (140x190), 1 bed (90x190); 2nd area: 2 beds (160x200), 2 beds (110x190), in alcoves. Air conditioning in the sleeping areas.

L’ANCIENNE FORGE is a 300-meter walk from the first three holiday cottages. Ground floor: living room and kitchen located in the old forge, featuring a red-brick fireplace and a wall-mounted wood-burning stove—pantry—toilet—bathroom with walk-in shower and Sauna. On the first floor: a master bedroom with one bed 160 x 200 cm, featuring a freestanding bathtub with a sink and toilet—living room with a work area. Second floor: bedroom with one Bed 160 x 200 and one Bed 90x190—a “zen” corner on the mezzanine (two foam armchairs, as extra beds).
