Two houses located in the village center, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a village where you can visit its unique church, the studio of painter and sculptor Jorge Carrasco, or go for a swim in the Creuse River (Beach 1 km away on foot). This property is ideal for hosting business colleagues or for bringing several families together. A weather-dependent heated Piscine (shared with two other Holiday cottages) from May through September, 1.50 meters deep, a Chalet (shower and toilet), permitted hours: 10 a.m. and 9 p.m.) and a wood-heated Nordic bath (not available in July and August). A wood-heated Sauna (not available in July and August). Just 5 minutes away is the city of Argenton-sur-Creuse (the “Green Venice of Berry”) with its market, archaeological site, and shirt-making museum; and 10 minutes away is the village of Gargilesse (one of the most beautiful villages in France). The Creuse Valley (Lake Eguzon, beaches, canoeing...) and the Brenne Nature Park will round out your stay...Beauval Zoo is 1 hour and 15 minutes away.

Accommodation 1 - Le Broquet:

A former detached winemaker’s house with an enclosed garden and private parking.

Ground floor: large 43 m² living area with kitchen, living room, and dining area; wood-burning stove.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 160-bed, 1 140-bed, 2 90-beds—plus a baby bed)—toilet—bathroom with shower; 2 standing fans available.

Electric heating and firewood are included in the rate



Accommodation 2 - Le Petit Broquet:

A detached house where tranquility reigns; just a few steps up (6 steps) and you’ll find yourself in the open-concept kitchen/living area with exposed beams and stone walls, and a wood-burning stove.

On the upper level (5 steps): 2 bedrooms (1 180-bed, convertible to 2 90-beds, 2 90-beds, baby bed) – toilet – bathroom with shower. 2 fans available.

Electric heating (billed based on usage).
