Le Domaine

In the heart of the Brenne nature park, charming, independent and private gite for 10 people (135m2) on 1 level with above-ground swimming pool (10X5m) private to the gite, all on 2.5 hectares, pétanque 50m away, communal tennis 1km away, village with all amenities on one side and open countryside on the other.

Former 18th-century farmhouse fully and beautifully restored in 2018 (terracotta floor tiles, exposed stonework and beams...) 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 160 cm beds and 2 bedrooms with 3 90 cm beds) 3 bathrooms with 3 Italian-style showers and 3 WCs.

Village side: Pretty enclosed garden with access to all amenities (bakery, grocery store, delicatessen, butcher's shop, café, newsagents, pharmacy, doctor, restaurant).

Countryside: 2 very large enclosed gardens with above-ground swimming pool (10 x 5 m) open from May to September (weather permitting), table tennis and outdoor games, barbecue, garden furniture and outdoor table, covered terrace.

Unobstructed views over the countryside, bike storage.

No parties allowed in the gîte.
As rubbish collection is only organized once every 15 days, you must bring your garbage to the collection center.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
