Le Cottage

The Cottage is a detached house with its own private terrace. On the first floor, there's a living room with a dining area for 4, a fully-equipped kitchen and a sitting area with sofa bed, armchairs and wood-burning stove. The sofa can accommodate two extra people on request. Upstairs, there's a cosy, romantic bedroom with a king-size bed, separate shower room and toilet, bed made on arrival and linen provided. The indoor Spa can be booked for two-hour sessions. Wifi throughout the house, a toilet on each floor and air-conditioning.``The terrace is private and equipped with dining and lounging furniture.``The Piscine is covered, but not heated, size 4X10, it is away from the houses, surrounded by hedges to guarantee your privacy. Access is via a separate door to which you have your own key. The Piscine is shared with the other two houses in the hamlet. The private pond is a 10-minute walk away, with no-kill fishing, and a Cabin with table soccer and darts. Bicycles are available on loan free of charge. The disq-golf course and petanque court are available free of charge. Breakfast is optional. Medium-sized dogs are welcome if they are clean and sociable.

Between Touraine and Berry, the Cottage is part of the 11-hectare Hameau de la Closerie, a 100% natural setting renovated in the purest tradition of the region, so you can enjoy the Countryside and its spaces with comfort, charm, luxury and romance.

An ideal starting point for discovering the Beauval Zoo 30 minutes away, the Royal City of Loches 20 minutes away, the Royal Château of Amboise or the Château des Dames in Chenonceau 40 minutes away, not forgetting the Brenne Regional Nature Park 20 minutes away. The hamlet is a natural setting, with landscaped gardens integrating natural spaces, places to take a break in the countryside, a private Discgolf course and a pétanque court. The Cottage's plusses: cocooning decor, cool summer air conditioning, immediate access to the optional indoor Spa (bookable on site): luxury, comfort and charm.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay for two people, cleaning at the end of the stay (excluding crockery, rubbish and tidying up the house), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption, wood for the stove is provided free of charge.
